Denerim Test App Gizlilik Politikası

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Denerim Test mobil uygulamasının kullanıcı verilerini nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Denerim Test; klavye, mouse, gamepad ve kulaklık gibi çevre birimlerini cihaz üzerinde test etmek için geliştirilmiş bir yardımcı uygulamadır.

1. Toplanan veya İşlenen Veriler

Denerim Test mobil uygulaması kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve kullanıcıdan ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası veya benzeri doğrudan kimlik bilgileri talep etmez.

Uygulama şu verileri toplamaz, saklamaz veya pazarlama amacıyla kullanmaz:

Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi veya telefon numarası
Konum bilgisi
Kişiler, fotoğraflar, videolar veya kişisel dosyalar
Mikrofon kaydı veya kamera görüntüsü
Reklam kimliği veya reklam takibi amaçlı cihaz tanımlayıcıları
Uygulama içi kullanıcı hesabı bilgileri

2. Pro Abonelik ve Satın Alma Doğrulaması

Denerim Test, uygulama içindeki Pro özelliklerin etkinleştirilmesi için Google Play Billing sistemini kullanır. Kullanıcı Pro abonelik satın aldığında veya mevcut aboneliğini yenilediğinde, abonelik durumunu doğrulamak için Google Play tarafından sağlanan satın alma tokenı ve ürün/abonelik kimliği denerim.com sunucularına gönderilebilir.

Bu bilgiler yalnızca Pro abonelik durumunu doğrulamak, Pro erişimini etkinleştirmek ve kötüye kullanımı önlemek amacıyla işlenir. Ödeme kartı bilgileri, banka bilgileri veya ödeme yöntemi detayları Denerim tarafından işlenmez, görüntülenmez veya saklanmaz. Ödeme işlemleri Google Play tarafından yönetilir.

Abonelik doğrulaması için gönderilen veriler HTTPS üzerinden aktarılır. Bu bilgiler kalıcı bir kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmak amacıyla kullanılmaz.

3. Cihaz Üzerinde İşlenen Test Bilgileri

Uygulama, klavye ve mouse testleri sırasında bağlı giriş aygıtlarından gelen tuş, tıklama, scroll ve hareket olaylarını anlık olarak okuyabilir. Gamepad testleri sırasında analog, trigger ve bağlantılı giriş verileri cihaz üzerinde analiz edilebilir. Kulaklık testleri sırasında ise cihazda kısa test sesleri üretilebilir.

Bu test bilgileri temel olarak cihaz üzerinde işlenir. Denerim Test bu ham test verilerini otomatik olarak denerim.com sunucularına göndermez.

4. Test Raporları ve Yerel Kayıtlar

Kullanıcı Pro özellikleri kapsamında Denerim Test Raporu oluşturabilir. Bu raporlarda marka, model, bağlantı türü, kullanıcı notu, test sonucu, risk seviyesi ve test sırasında ölçülen değerler yer alabilir.

Rapor geçmişi uygulama içinde yerel olarak saklanabilir. Kullanıcı raporu paylaşmayı, panoya kopyalamayı veya dışarı aktarmayı seçmediği sürece bu rapor bilgileri otomatik olarak Denerim sunucularına gönderilmez.

Kullanıcı uygulama içindeki rapor geçmişini temizleyebilir. Ayrıca uygulamanın cihazdan kaldırılması, cihazda saklanan yerel uygulama verilerinin silinmesine neden olabilir.

5. İnternet ve Sunucu Kullanımı

Denerim Test uygulaması internet bağlantısını temel olarak Pro abonelik doğrulaması ve Google Play Billing satın alma akışı için kullanır. Uygulama içindeki donanım testleri cihaz üzerinde çalışır.

Denerim Test, abonelik doğrulama işlemleri için denerim.com sunucularıyla ve Google Play servisleriyle iletişim kurabilir.

6. Üçüncü Taraf Servisler

Denerim Test, Pro abonelik ve uygulama içi satın alma işlemleri için Google Play Billing sistemini kullanır. Ödeme süreci Google Play tarafından yürütülür.

Mevcut sürüm itibarıyla Denerim Test uygulamasında reklam, analiz veya kullanıcı takibi amacıyla üçüncü taraf reklam/analiz SDK’sı kullanılmamaktadır.

İleride reklam, analiz veya benzeri üçüncü taraf servisler eklenirse bu Gizlilik Politikası güncellenecek ve Google Play veri güvenliği beyanları buna uygun şekilde düzenlenecektir.

7. Verilerin Paylaşımı

Denerim Test kullanıcı verilerini satmaz, reklam veya pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmaz.

Pro abonelik doğrulaması kapsamında satın alma tokenı ve ürün/abonelik kimliği denerim.com sunucularına gönderilebilir ve abonelik durumunun doğrulanması için Google Play servisleriyle kontrol edilebilir.

8. Çocukların Gizliliği

Denerim Test özellikle çocuklara yönelik olarak tasarlanmamıştır. Uygulama kullanıcı hesabı oluşturmaz ve çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamaz.

9. Veri Güvenliği

Denerim Test, Pro abonelik doğrulaması sırasında verileri HTTPS üzerinden aktarır. Test işlemleri ve rapor geçmişi ağırlıklı olarak cihaz üzerinde işlenir.

Kullanıcıların rapor paylaşımı veya panoya kopyalama gibi işlemleri kendi tercihleriyle gerçekleşir. Paylaşılan rapor metninin hangi uygulama veya servis üzerinden gönderileceği kullanıcının seçimine bağlıdır.

10. Gizlilik Politikasındaki Değişiklikler

Bu Gizlilik Politikası zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Politika üzerinde değişiklik yapılması durumunda güncel metin bu sayfada yayınlanır.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Denerim Test mobile app handles user data. Denerim Test is a utility app designed to test peripherals such as keyboards, mice, gamepads and headphones directly on the user's device.

1. Data Collected or Processed

The Denerim Test mobile app does not create user accounts and does not request names, email addresses, phone numbers or similar direct identity information from users.

The app does not collect, store or use the following data for marketing purposes:

Name, email address, phone number or other contact information
Location data
Contacts, photos, videos or personal files
Microphone recordings or camera images
Advertising ID or device identifiers for advertising tracking
In-app user account information

2. Pro Subscription and Purchase Verification

Denerim Test uses Google Play Billing to enable Pro features inside the app. When a user purchases a Pro subscription or refreshes an existing subscription, the purchase token and product/subscription identifier provided by Google Play may be sent to denerim.com servers to verify the subscription status.

This information is processed only to verify the Pro subscription status, enable Pro access and prevent misuse. Payment card information, bank details or payment method details are not processed, viewed or stored by Denerim. Payments are handled by Google Play.

Data sent for subscription verification is transmitted over HTTPS. This information is not used to create a persistent user account.

3. Test Data Processed on the Device

During keyboard and mouse tests, the app may read real-time input events such as key presses, clicks, scroll actions and movement from connected input devices. During gamepad tests, analog, trigger and related input data may be analyzed on the device. During headphone tests, the app may generate short test tones on the device.

This test data is primarily processed on the device. Denerim Test does not automatically send raw test data to denerim.com servers.

4. Test Reports and Local Records

Users may create Denerim Test Reports as part of Pro features. These reports may include brand, model, connection type, user note, test result, risk level and measured test values.

Report history may be stored locally inside the app. Unless the user chooses to share, copy or export a report, this report data is not automatically sent to Denerim servers.

Users may clear the report history inside the app. Removing the app from the device may also delete locally stored app data.

5. Internet and Server Usage

Denerim Test uses an internet connection mainly for Pro subscription verification and the Google Play Billing purchase flow. The hardware tests inside the app run on the device.

Denerim Test may communicate with denerim.com servers and Google Play services for subscription verification.

6. Third-Party Services

Denerim Test uses Google Play Billing for Pro subscriptions and in-app purchase processing. The payment process is handled by Google Play.

In the current version, Denerim Test does not use third-party advertising, analytics or user tracking SDKs.

If advertising, analytics or similar third-party services are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and the Google Play Data safety declarations will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Data Sharing

Denerim Test does not sell user data and does not share user data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

For Pro subscription verification, the purchase token and product/subscription identifier may be sent to denerim.com servers and checked with Google Play services to verify the subscription status.

8. Children's Privacy

Denerim Test is not specifically directed to children. The app does not create user accounts and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Data Security

Denerim Test transmits subscription verification data over HTTPS. Test operations and report history are primarily processed on the user's device.

Report sharing or copying actions are performed by the user's choice. The app or service used to share the report text depends on the user's selection.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page.
